Below are some of the frequently asked questions about ipointments Online Appointment Book pricing. If your question is not answered here, please contact us.



Can I pay my account by direct transfer?

Yes. You can pay your ipointments account with direct debit. You will need to allow up to 3 days for processing of direct transfers.

 

Do I have to pay for my receptionist?

No. You only need to pay for employees that you wish to book appointments against. You can create user accounts for all of your other employees for free.

 

Can I pay my ipointments account by cheque?

No. Unfortunately we do not accept cheques. We currently only accept credit card payments and direct transfers.
