Below are some of the frequently asked questions about ipointments Online Appointment Book SMS messaging. If your question is not answered here, please contact us.



Can I send an SMS message to all of my clients for a special or promotion?

Yes. You can send bulk SMS messages to some or all of your clients at one time. You can also limit which clients receive the message by their appointment history, or which employee they have previously seen.

 

Can I send SMS messages to international numbers?

No. ipointments can only send SMS messages to valid Australian mobile phone numbers.

 

Can ipointments SMS messages display my mobile number as the sender?

Yes. The sender of ipointments SMS messages can be configured to any phone number. It is also possible to use a 10-character name, such as your business name.

 

Can I use the SMS credit included with my mobile phone plan to send SMS messages?

No. ipointments sends SMS messages from an online SMS gateway. It is not possible for ipointments to send SMS messages using your mobile phone account.
